Policy Service
A variety of policy services are available via your Online Policy Manager. You can register for access to this service by clicking “Register” in the Online Policy Manager section in the upper left corner of this site. If you’ve already registered, you can enter your credentials to login. Available services include:
- Payment of policy premium*
- Loan repayment
- In-force illustration requests (a statement that outlines your policy values)
Paying Policy or Loan Premiums*
You can pay premiums and repay loans electronically, through our secure payment portal or by mail.
To pay through our payment portal: Login to the Online Policy Manager. Click "Select a Policy," choose the "Financial Information" tab, click "Make a Payment," and follow the prompts. (First time visitors will need to register on the site.)
To pay by mail: Make all checks payable to Pan-American Life Insurance Company or PALIC. Please include your policy number on the check and the bottom portion of your billing notice.

File a Policy Claim

*Online premium payment is not available for Vista Life™ Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies.
